There are more type of real estate investment than just buying a home for personal use or as a rental. Calgary offers many companies that can provide you with an opportunity to invest your money into projects related to real estate that are usually larger projects than you might typically be able to afford. This is usually done through Memorandums of Understanding (MOU’s) that are registered with the Alberta Securities Commission. These MOU’s allow you an opportunity for  a minimum investment amount to own a share or portion of a project for a projected return.
