MILO has been a licensed Real Estate Professional with the Calgary Real Estate Board and Real Estate Council of Alberta since December 2003. MILO knew that real estate “fit like a glove” from years of home renovation and study along with the sales training he had received in previous positions. MILO chose to join RE/MAX® from the beginning as he knew that if he was to be in the top echelon of realtors he had to go with the best! MILO has won the prestigious MILLION Dollar Club award from the Calgary Real Estate Board as well as the RE/MAX Hall of Fame an the RE/MAX® Platinum Club or 100% Club every year since he started.

MILO currently holds his license with RE/MAX Real Estate (Mountain View) Ltd. located in NW Calgary, but provides service in all parts of the city including, Airdrie, Chestemere Lake and Cochrane and other areas.

MILO has a background in Education. He holds a Bachelor of Education from the University of Regina and 7 years of teaching experience in Saskatchewan, where he was the youngest Vice- Principal in the Province. MILO then joined the DeVRY University based in Calgary where he worked for 5 years as Regional Manager of Western Canada as well as Director of Admissions for the main campus. MILO moved his expertise on to Bow Valley College where he was hired to build a recruitment/sales process for the College. In just three years, he revamped the recruitment process and assisted in growing the College enrolment to its highest levels at the time he left in 2003 to start his real estate career. MILO’s interest in renovation, houses and educating and helping people, along with his recruitment, sales and marketing experience led him to become the successful realtor he is today.

MILO has completed many professional development courses related to real estate training. In addition, MILO completed an extensive renovation of his own property in 2005/2006, renovating a 1400 sq ft home by completely gutting it and retrofitting all infrastructure as well as an addition of 1100 sq ft and constructing a triple detached garage and single attached garage. MILO, along with a little family help, completed nearly 70% of the project with his own hands so offers a very extensive knowledge of home construction and renovation. Over the years, MILO has dramatically increased his personal net worth, along with that of many of his clients by applying his techniques as a REALTOR ® to Real Estate investment opportunities in Calgary, British Columbia, Saskatchewan and Internationally in Mexico.

MILO is married and has four wonderful daughters who are his motivation for success. He likes to renovate, ride motorcycles and play a variety of sports including volleyball.
